Today is the last Saturday in Spring Break. I have already missed this passed beautiful vocation. I went to Key Largo, Florida with my friends for tree days and spent one day in Miami. Since I'm a girl from coastal city, I loooove ocean and beach. I extremely enjoyed the time there. Here're two pictures from my journey LOL.

This week's dessert is called Soufflé, which is from France. According to WiKipedia, "A soufflé is a baked egg-based dish which originated in early eighteenth century France. It is made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with various other ingredients and served as a savory main dish or sweetened as a dessert."

This is definitely one of my favorite dessert!! It's so fluffy that it would melt immediately once it's in my month. Since it's made with eggs, you can feel the delicious and special aroma of eggs.

Besides, its calorie is not as high as some other desserts, like cheesecake and Brownie. It's only about 166 Cal/100g. That's also one of reasons that I love it so much!

There are only two days left before Spring Break ends. I need to go back to work as soon as possible. Hope I can have a nice and successful ending of this semester.
