[Spring] In A Snowy Day

Summer Time of this year will soon begin today, which means we'll loose a whole hour to sleep. : ( But if we change an angle to think, this also means the SPRING BREAK will come faster! :D

This week's dessert is my favorite favorite favorite dessert in CoMo and it's from a store called " U Knead Sweet", which located in downtown. The owner of that store is an Asian couple. Besides different kinds of delicious and pretty desserts, they also sell Taiwanese drink and beef noodle soup.

Green-tea Tiramisu is the one I want to show today!

To be honest, it's very hard to find green tea flavor dessert in CoMo, even in U.S. It seems like only Asian style restaurants or bakery stores have this flavor. Unlike classic Tiramisu, this one has more sweet scent from green tea, which makes you fall in love with this immediately!!

Because of the green tea, the color of th Tiramisu is green. It reminds me of spring every time I see it. I love this color.
