A Piece of Cheesecake

After a busy and exhausting week, what can recover your vitality? A cup of coffee? An amazing movie? Or a beautiful song? Have you ever tried a piece of cheesecake?

As a dessert lover, I can't spend my weekends without desserts. During these three years I live in CoMo, I have been always finding exquisite delicious desserts. Believe it or not, they exist in everywhere in this town.

This piece of Cheesecake is from Rollins, one of dinning hall in University of Missouri. Everyday Rollins provides four different kinds of desserts, Brownie, cheesecake, and Italian ice. Cheesecake is my favorite ( I love Brownies, but Brownies here are toooo sweet for me) .Before being served to customers, cheesecake slices are keep frozen, which make them taste like ice cream. Because there's no topping there, you can feel flavor of cheese cream in your mouths wholeheartedly. I love this feeling!
